    This ticket covers full three days of the seminar:

    • Admission to all seminar sessions and academy workshops.
    • Accommodation directly in the Smolenice castle for two nights. There is a private parking lot for participants at the lower courtyard.
    • Full board including buffet breakfast, warm lunch and dinner. Additional calories are supplied in form of cakes and hot drinks during coffee breaks.

    Ticket Type

    The reduced student rate is applicable for all university students of visual computing and related curricula, including PhD candidates, in case that their home institution cannot refund the expenses.

    A student may apply for scholarship up to the full amount of the seminar fee if:

    • he/she presents a paper
    • his/her university cannot refund the fee
    • his/her financial situation does not allow him/her to pay the reduced fee

    There is no guarantee for obtaining a scholarship. The organizers reserve the right to decide on granting the scholarship once the registration deadline is over.

    Please fill out your full address which is necessary for the billing. If you want the bill to be addressed to a company, please also add the company name, ID and TAX ID.

    Pay with cash upon your arrival to the seminar. Only € accepted.

    Universities cover the expenses for selected students.

    If you are not sure if this applies to you, select the bank transfer option and you will get an invoice from us within a few hours in case your university does not cover the seminar fee. If your order goes to the "completed" state without receiving an invoice, it means your university fully covers your costs.

    Accommodation

    Please indicate when to reserve a room for you. Accommodation is directly in the castle, includes breakfast.

    Note that there is only a limited number of single rooms. It has been already depleted. If you select to stay alone, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

    Room sharing

    Please list any friends or foes you would like to share a room with. We will try to respect your wish, but we provide no guarantee.

    Board

    Please make a choice for all the meals. Do not forget to choose both the soup and the main course. The last option is always vegetarian. If you need a special diet, a dedicated section will appear below.
