The registration system will open mid of March. Until then, we provide some preliminary information.
EXPO (half day)
Entrance to the EXPO is free, but requires a proper registration until April 16th.
Seminar (3 days)
The seminar fees are preliminary estimations and may be updated up to the day when the registration opens. The fees include
- accommodation
- full board
- seminar entrance
Regular € 150
Standard fee for the supervisors and senior visitors.
Students € 120
For students whom the university can refund the expenses. All PhD students fall into this category.
Reduced € 60
Bc. and MSc. students whom the university can not refund the expenses.
Scholarship less than € 60
The organizers support students who present a paper, their university can not refund the fee and their financial situation does not allow him/her to pay the reduced fee. The scholarships will be assigned after the registration deadline, depending on the budget of the seminar.
